7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Return/exchange eligibility depends on product type and condition.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).
• Certain products may be non-returnable (for example consumables, special order items, clearance items, opened chemicals/adhesives/paints, or electrical items once opened), unless defective or incorrect upon receipt.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order details so we can assist.
