Refund and Returns Policy (Online & In‑Store)

We want you to receive the right items, in good condition, whether you order online or buy in-store.

1. We honor repair / replace / refund

We do not follow a “No Return, No Exchange” policy.

If your item is defective, damaged, or wrong, we will help you with repair, replacement, or refund in line with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and DTI guidelines.

2. When to contact us

Please get in touch if:

  • The item is defective or not working properly.
  • The item is damaged on delivery or at pick-up.
  • You received the wrong item, size, color, brand, or quantity.
  • The product does not match the description or what was agreed.

For online orders, kindly contact us within 7 days from delivery, and for walk-in purchases, as soon as you notice the issue, with:

  • Order number or invoice receipt
  • Your name and contact details
  • Clear photos/videos of the problem

3. Items usually not returnable

For safety and quality reasons, these are generally not returnable if correctly delivered and in good condition:

  • Consumable items (e.g., certain chemicals, adhesives, sealants)
  • Special order / indent, custom-cut, or made-to-order items
  • Clearance or “as-is” sale items
  • Opened paints, chemicals, or adhesives (broken seal)
  • Electrical items already installed, modified, or used

However, if any of these items are defective, damaged, counterfeit, or not as described, please still contact us so we can review and apply the proper remedy under the law.

4. What we may do

Once we verify the issue, we may:

  • Repair the item at no extra cost, or
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent item, or
  • Refund the purchase price following our internal and bank/payment timelines.

We may ask you to bring the item to our store, or we may arrange inspection / pick-up or supplier evaluation first before final approval.

5. Installed and used materials

  • Items that are already installed, cut, or modified are usually not accepted for simple return.
  • If a defect appears after installation, we will handle it under the applicable warranty and relevant laws, together with the manufacturer or supplier.

6. Change of mind

We generally do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong choice/specification, or incorrect ordering if the item delivered matches the order and product description.

Any exception will be on a case-by-case goodwill basis and may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.
